Monitoring your credit activity is one of the most effective ways to check if you were a victim of Identity Theft.

If you find something you don't recognize - Cyrus will help you sort it out.

  • Get notified when someone tries to open a new credit account in your name

  • Access your 3 Bureau credit score and credit report on the go

  • Easy mobile onboarding

  • Guided review of your credit report - just to make sure everything is in order

How to Activate

To activate credit monitoring we have to authenticate you with the credit bureaus.

To start, from the main page in the app, click on "Protect Your Credit Profile." Or you can tap the Credit icon on the bottom navigation bar, which looks a little like a speedometer.

From here, it's a simple 2-step process:

  1. Filling in some basic personal information - your name, address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

  2. Answering a Knowledge-Based Authentication quiz - You'll be asked questions that only you would know the answer to (ie, "Where did you live when you opened [XX] accounts?")

Once your information is verified you will be presented with a report of all accounts, historical addresses, and even Employers to review and confirm. If all looks good, you can rest assured knowing that your information is safe and up-to-date. If something looks incorrect or otherwise fraudulent, tap that entry, and a Red button will appear on your screen which says "I don't recognize this [Address, Employer, Account]." When you tap that, you will be connected with a member of our Support team to assist you in resolving the issue.
