EASIEST: Using the Cyrus App, open up a support chat and let us know. Among the first options you can choose is "App Assistance." Then select "Request a feature" from the next screen. We will ask for some additional context, and follow up if more information is needed. Internally, we'll assign a technical ticket to your chat conversation, and if/when the feature goes live, you'll be among the first to know!
YOU MIGHT HAVE TO LIFT A FINGER: Send us an email to [email protected] and tell us about your idea. Again, feel free to include any additional context about your use case, and we'll follow up if needed.
FANCY OPTION: This one is pretty fancy. While logged into the Cyrus App, simply give your mobile device a firm shake in your hand, and a magical app will appear. Here, you would tap "Suggest An Improvement," and type in a quick description of the idea you'd like to see. This will be delivered directly to our technical team for review and potential future action.
