Cyrus is a complete cybersecurity and identity theft protection solution that prioritizes your safety and privacy.

Given transparency is at the core of our platform, we will never sell your data and will only collect that which you have consensually provided or which is integral to the functioning of our services. For instance, we cannot verify your identity or detect fraudulent account activity if we do not have access to certain information.

We only disclose this information in specific cases, such as national security needs, law enforcement requests, and major business transactions like mergers and acquisitions.

We do not store sensitive data on our infrastructure, solely that which is publicly available. Your Social Security Number, for example, will be stored if it has already been exposed on the dark web. For our online account protection service, we will not retain your passwords; for credit monitoring, we will not save your permanent addresses or employment history.

Moreover, Cyrus keeps track of your connected devices in order to monitor for unwanted login attempts.

We encrypt all of your data from the moment you start the onboarding process. Should you decide to delete your Cyrus account, all of your data in our system will be automatically removed.

Finally, you can choose to opt out of any marketing and communications materials by contacting us anytime at [email protected].

Although in this digital age there is no such thing as 100% security, we are doing everything in our power to safeguard your information and give you the best chance to protect your data. We are both ISO 27001- and SOC 2-certified, and have also successfully passed penetration testing.

If you would like to look at the privacy policy in more detail, you can always access it here.
